German intralogistics specialists STILL has expanded its portfolio of reach trucks with what it describes as “the particularly compact” FXR 14C-16C reach truck which is designed for use in confined and tight spaces.
STILL's new FXR14C-16C reach truck
The FXR 14C-16C reach truck has a residual load capacity of 940kg, has a minimum working aisle width of 2.7m and can store and retrieve heavy loads at heights of up to 14m.
STILL says the compact distance between the rear of the truck and the forks being at least 1.23m is particularly important in high-density warehouse applications.
STILL adds its low-maintenance 12kW lift motor enables high lifting and lowering speeds for efficient materials handling while an integrated lithium-ion battery with fast-charging access supports reliable performance in single and two-shift operations.
Standard safety features include Curve Speed Control and automatic speed reduction in the main lift while the unique lateral sideshifting of the mast provides excellent driver visibility.
Optional safety features include a STILL safety light, a panoramic mirror and an armoured glass roof.
“This smart alternative for warehouse process optimisation is ideal for companies with moderate requirements for their warehouse equipment, but who require compactness, safety and economy,” STILL states.
