Recently, ROYPOW announced that its aerial work platform lithium battery (Model S72280A) has obtained the IEC 62619 CB certificate and ISO 13849 functional safety assessment report by TÜV SÜD. This certification marks that the battery meets stringent safety and functional safety standards, significantly enhancing its reliability and safety while providing strong momentum for further expansion into international markets.

The IEC 62619 standard is a crucial safety certification for secondary lithium batteries and accumulators used in industrial applications. It covers most safety risks associated with battery systems, including over-temperature protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and drop tests. This standard imposes higher and stricter requirements to ensure that only safer, more reliable, and superior battery systems can enter the market, raising the bar for battery manufacturers.
