Verdant Commercial Capital has signed a multi-year Vendor Program Agreement with KION North America Corporation. The agreement provides retail financing for KION North America's Linde and Baoli forklifts in the United States using the Linde Material Handling Financial Services name.

The Linde Material Handling Financial Services program agreement will allow customers to access Linde products at a very low monthly payment, according to a Verdant statement.

"KION is a worldwide leader in manufacturing materials handling equipment. Their reputation for quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched," says Brian Lowe, chief commercial officer for Verdant Commercial Capital. "Verdant is excited to use financial merchandising to help demonstrate KION's lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.

"The Verdant team will work hard to increase KION NA's order intake through both their key account team and dealers."

Jonathan Dawley, KION North America president and CEO, describes the pairing of attractive lease payments with a full maintenance agreement as "the best of both worlds" for customers. "We expect customers who typically had not considered our products attainable for their operations to give Linde Material Handling a look," he adds.

"In assessing leasing program partners, we felt Verdant brought the best total package for market coverage, competitiveness and ease of doing business for our end users and dealers."

Verdant is a national, independent commercial equipment finance company that is backed by a family-held private investment firm. Verdant provides financing solutions for the acquisition of critical equipment in six industry verticals - industrials, manufacturing, specialty vehicles, energy efficiency/renewables, technology, and office products, and works with OEMs, vendors, dealers, distributors, software developers and resellers.
