On 29^thDecember, Agency of Ningbo Ruyi Agency Summit for the year 2019 was held in Ninghai. Honorary chairman Chu Jiwang, chairman Chujiang and executive manager Xie Yinghua gathered with over a hundred agencies across the nation. With the subject of “focus on agency system & strive for mutual development”, they summarized the achievements and lacks of the year 2018, and discussed about goals and plans for the year 2019.

Inheritance of the enterprise & break the old and establish the new

For Ningbo Ruyi, the year 2018 was indeed extraordinary, because the former and current “boss” finished the inheritance in a smooth way. Chu Jiwang, former chairman and current honorary chairman, dilivered a letter of Ruyi at this annual meeting of agencies. On behalf of Ruyi, he expressed sincere thanks and wishes to partners who always concerned about and supportRuyi. He thanked agency representatives from all the around the country and other agencies and teams who had fought in the front line of the market for the entire year. Meanwhile, he pointed out that the year 2019 was a crucial period for Ruyi’s development, as well as a critical stage for transformation and upgrading. Ruyi would improve its product power, channel power and brand power through higher investment and stronger management. He encouraged them to break the conventions, throw away outdated ideas, change their perceptions, adapt to market proactively and make reforms and innovations. He wished that they could share the same goal with Ruyi to push their common cause to a higher level and make even more brilliant achievements!

Look back to the past & step by step

At the beginning of the meeting, current chairman Chujiang fully affirmed the brilliant achievements of 2018, and make an overall planning for the year 2019. In 2018, forklift industry had been faced with rising pressure due to trade barriers and production costs. However, Ruyi stilled made its way through, which was because the updating of products, focusing strategies, steady expanding of domestic and overseas sales channels as well as joint efforts of all agencies. And Ruyi would keep this powerful growth momentum.

In 2018, Ruyi realized growth in both domestic sales and overseas sales. Though the overseas sales was faced with 70% tariff from EU, Ruyi’s products still entered EU markets ceaselessly. Basically, standard products had been developed for Asian, American and European markets respectively.

Afterwards, chairman Chujiang analyzed domestic and overseas market trends, and explained how to cope with the situations. When talking of development of 2019, he pointed out that “change” would be a key word of 2019, that they must follow the steps of national economic development, and make changed timely to succeed. As an enterprise in this new era, they must innovate and outdo themselves, and keep acute crisis awareness. He said that future would belong to those who could make correct judgments and rational changes before the changes really happened.

Facing the huge challenge of 2019, Ruyi people would persist their spirit with even more confidence and enthusiasm. Remembering words of honorary chairman “Market be king, innovation be king, and money be king”, they would create a more wonderful 2019 with shared goals and joint efforts.

Look ahead & reform and innovations

In 2019, the new management team was quite confident facing the market challenges. Executive manager Xie Yinghua pointed out the new goal of doubling domestic sales in 2019, and made specific deployment: first, he confirmed the development idea of “focusing on agency system and strive for mutual development”. He said Ruyi would strive to remove agencies’ doubt, make more investment in market, and emphasize on channel establishment. 100 agencies would be built in domestic market in 2019, one or two large agencies would be established in capital cities, and agency support plans would be launched to help agencies grow larger and stronger; Ruyi would carry out strategy to focus on products: with electric pallet trucks as basic, focus on products with high added values such as electric counterbalanced forklift, reach forklift, three-dimensional forklift and AGV forklift; carry out batch production to improve efficiency and lower cost, to give more profits to users and make the prices more competitive; adopt innovation-encouraging policy, make agencies more profitable, and encourage agencies to accomplish their monthly and annual plans; encourage agencies to serve before sale, and move customers by service; emphasize on parts sales and encourage agencies to achieve satisfactory after-sales services.

Award honoring & honor sharing

Besides, during the meeting, awards were honored for excellent agencies, and an authorization ceremony was held. Host Feng Zhenli announced the award list.

Zhang Yayun, chairman of Ningbo jiangdong Houlin Machinery Co. Was invited as representative of excellent agency. He delivered a speech and shared his secrete of success. The company had worked on Ningbo market for 21 years. It adopted the policy of service coming before sales, satisfying customers’ demands as much as possible, and solving various problems arising from the collaboration to establish long-term partnership with customers.

Intelligent manufacture & focus on products

During the meeting, all attendees visited Ruyi’s new factory and experienced the automatic production flow and cutting-edge technology. Meanwhile, Ruyi displayed its six series products in the new factory, and published its newly updated “Xilin-Li”, standing driving electric stacker and forklift AGV, and delivered performance explanations and function displays.

Give suggestions together & focus on agency

Quality and service is the lifeblood of an enterprise. Especially when the market is placed in a fast-changing environment, quality of products and service is the core of success. Ruyi was highly concerned about this annual meeting. After visiting the factory, Ruyi launched group discussions about “how to improve product quality and technical innovation” “build small-region sales service circle” “about relationship between product delivery period and market competitiveness” and so on, in an effort to dig out end-users’ demands and market trends, and to listen to and learn from each other.
