Whistl, the leading delivery management company with activities in Business Mail, Doordrop Media and Parcels, has invested in Prism DM, as part of its strategy to grow in to the e-fulfilment market.

Prism DM, with facilities in Farnborough and Rushden, is a long-established business in the e-fulfilment sector and has a range of high profile clients including Long Tall Sally, Oliver Sweeney, Brand Alley, Warner Brothers Studios, Le Chameau, National Trust, Sport Pursuit,and Emma’s Diary.

As part of the deal Lieneke Happel will become the new Managing Director of Prism and will work with Rashpal Gill and the team to continue to deliver great solutions for both existing and new clients. Mike Thom, Founder Director of Prism will stay with the business on a part time basis for the next two years to help with its strategic development.
 
Over the past twelve months Prism DM has experienced profitable growth and through this deal, with the support of Whistl, it will be able to accelerate its growth potential.
