The Flexi AC range of articulated forklift trucks from Narrow Aisle Ltd improves storage, handling and customer order assembly efficiency in manufacturing and logistics environments.

Narrow Aisle designs, manufactures and supplies the Flexi AC range in capacities from 1.3 to 3.0 tonnes and with lift heights of between 3.0 and 15.0 metres and the trucks can operate in aisleways as narrow 1.6 metres.

The flagship in the range, the Flexi AC 1200, is the most popular articulated warehouse truck in Europe and it will be among the products demonstrated by Narrow Aisle at TCS & D.

Other innovative Narrow Aisle products at the show will include the Flexi AC StorMAX, an advanced intralogistics concept that combines very narrow aisle operation with the ability to store two pallets deep up to 11 metres high. The StorMAX can service over twice the number of pallet locations than a traditional storage cube served by reach trucks.

Visitors to the Narrow Aisle stand will also be able to see the FlexiPiCK, a case layer picking order assembly solution that has been designed to eliminate manual case picking. The system provides pick rates of 1200 cases per hour per man.

Narrow Aisle Ltd operates a global parts store from where product distribution and aftersales back-up is provided to Flexi users in over 60 countries around the world.
