Toyota Material Handling UK will be introducing their new and improved BT Levio entry level powered pallet truck at the Health and Safety Event on the 21st - 23rd March 2017 at NEC, Birmingham.

Located on stand G32, Toyota Material Handling will be showcasing a range of hand pallet trucks and powered pallet trucks that reduce manual handling. The Toyota team will be available to talk to visitors about their materials handling operations and provide them with product advice ranging from simple hand pallet trucks to the latest range of engine and electric-powered forklifts.

On stand Toyota Material Handling will be introducing their new and improved BT Levio LWE130 powered pallet truck. This truck is the ideal choice for transporting small loads with less effort than a hand pallet truck. The new truck has been designed to be compact, energy efficient and easy to use. It includes a range of new features, including click-2-creep which sets the truck to creep speed allowing safer control in small spaces, and PIN-code access.

Also on stand will be the BT Pro Lifter manual hand pallet truck and the electric high lifting hand pallet truck (HHL100). The BT Pro Lifter features unique Pro Start technology that helps to get loads moving using 67% less effort than a standard hand pallet truck. The HHL100 can be used for moving goods quickly and easily, but also for raising loads to a comfortable working height up to 80cm.

Free safety resources will also be available to visitors to the stand, which include forklift safety guides, manual handling guides and a number of best practice posters.

Tony Wallis, Commercial Director at Toyota Material Handling said, “We are delighted to be able to introduce our new BT Levio powered pallet truck to visitors at the show. Many of the new and improved features of the truck ensure increased operator comfort and safety, reduced noise levels and improved energy efficiency.”

Toyota Material Handling will also be holding workshops at the show, in which team members will discuss health and safety in the workplace and how forkless environments and telematics (I_Site truck management system) can help organisations to improve safety.

Wallis adds “At Toyota Material Handling we are focused on providing not only the safest trucks for our customers, but also industry leading advice and support. By offering the total business solution we help our customers during the process of choosing equipment, but also throughout the lifetime of the truck.”
