The Environment Media Group has revealed the finalists for its thirteenth annual Awards for Excellence in Recycling and Waste Management which will take place at The Landmark Hotel, London 19 May 2016.
Winners will be revealed at the lavish awards ceremony, which will be hosted by TV presenter and actress, Charlotte Hawkins.
Steve Eminton, Editor at letsrecycle.com said: “It is encouraging to see so many businesses taking their responsibility to recycle seriously, through some really positive initiatives including great involvement of staff. We were also impressed with the standard of entries from local authorities, who continue to do a terrific job in encouraging the public to recycle, despite severe budget challenges.”
The awards cover best practice spanning retail, commercial bodies and local authority and waste management sectors.
