Italy’s Pegasolift is attracting strong interest in its OP20 order picker as warehouses extend storage upwards.

Sales director Claudio Angeloni says the machine’s 6 m reach allows the operator to "easily reach the higher shelves, open lateral cabin doors and pick up goods".

The model extends the company’s range of pallet trucks (walkies) and pallet stackers which have been developed over its 20-year history.

"Pegasolift trucks and stackers are built for intensive or light operation, providing high reliability, energy savings, strong performance, and a reduced total cost of ownership for the most demanding warehouse applications," he explains.

Pegasolift exports its products to more than 20 countries and recently joined MHEDA, the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association, in preparation for an entry into the USA market.

Angeloni is keen to take the company’s "quality and price positioning to this very interesting market".

Starting out as a third-party manufacturer, Pegasolift restructured in the 1990s to become a fully product-driven company.

In the early 2000s, it branched out from trailers for the agricultural market into logistics equipment and now makes pallet stackers, pallet trucks, order pickers, tugger trains and specialty products.
