New Baoli forklift with 2 ton capacity offers improved design for easy operation and service

Baoli Material Handling Europe launches its new electric forklift truck KBE20 with 2 ton load capacity. The four wheel truck with full AC motor and controller appears with improved design, which makes its operation as well as servicing more practical. In comparison to previous models, the counterbalanced weight is low, which enables a wider rear view. The steering wheel diameter is significantly reduced, so that the operator needs less effort and the steering efficiency is maximised.

The KBE20 truck is equipped with a regenerative braking system, which recharges the battery when braking and in this way extends the operating time between charging. Due to the improved design of the cover, which is made out of steel, there is easy access to the battery.

"The new electric truck is another step towards achieving Baoli’s objective to grow in the European market, because it offers improvements for more efficient, safer and easier operation," says Harvey-Kelly. To meet customers’ specific requirements, the KBE20 truck is also available with anti-explosion and cold storage options.

New "City Mover" 1.5 ton electric pallet truck for use in confined spaces

Baoli Material Handling Europe expands its portfolio of warehouse trucks with its 1.5 ton electric pallet truck for the European market. The Baoli EP15 is a pedestrian pallet truck, which is suitable for transporting loads in confined spaces like lorries, shops and containers. Its compact sizes have an overall length of 1,685 mm with a small turning radius of 1,490 mm; thus ensuring easy maneuverability.

The Baoli "City Mover" EP15 is designed for easy maintenance and convenient side battery replacement. An on-board charger ensures practical and fast charging. The operator always knows about the current power level thanks to the battery discharge indicator.

"The European market requires practical forklifts as well as warehouse trucks. Operators expect a complete materials handling equipment range from one manufacturer," says Harvey-Kelly. "Baoli already meets most requirements and will be even better placed by currently expanding its portfolio of warehouse trucks as well as upgrading its counterbalance trucks."

The pallet truck is equipped with a powerful battery and a Curtis controller. The electromagnetic brake ensures safety for the operator.
