The company recently announced that the Lyon office in France will now close and "Customer Services" for both France and Spain will be integrated into the EMEA service centres. "We have a fresh approach to customer service that will enable us to give our customers a more accurate, direct and ultimately faster service" explains Matthew Shirkie, Industrial Commercial Manager, EMEA. "Today, as the market and technology has evolved, an office in France is no longer required for us to achieve this. The closure of this subsidiary is part of the consolidation strategy of the Pyroban Group and our dedicated sales presence will continue to develop the business across the regional markets, driving to improve overall customer satisfaction."

Pyroban will continue to provide sales and installation services on customer sites throughout the region. In addition the company will continue to offer hazardous area consulting and training services in the region, in support of companies complying with European and local legislation.
