This year´s theme VYLANDENA MANIPULACE (Harmonised handling) proved its concept where 628 participants visited different stations showing high interest in 112 products and solutions presented in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Toyota Demo Days are an annual event held by Toyota Material Handling CZ for customers, prospects, business partners and journalists in Czech Republic. This year, the company presented over 100 products and solutions on the exhibition site measuring over 4,500 m2, involving 17 business partners and dealers. Top interest was generated by the Toyota Service Concept, I_Site and alternative driving solutions, and there something on offer for every visitor.
During the event, a press conference was held in front of more than 25 industry journalists. Matthias Fischer, President and CEO of Toyota Material Handling Europe, Axel Wahle, European Marketing Director presented the company´s financial results and its strategy as well as the key new products for the European market. Jan Pachman, Managing Director, Toyota Material Handling CZ, focused on local operations including business results and strategies.
Jan Pachman comments:
"We have witnessed great progress in our financial results for FY14, where sales volume increased by 21% year on year. Also during first half of the current fiscal year, we have seen strong results in sales across many segments, e.g. power pallet truck sales increase by 45%.“
