Ruyi’s culture is always highly commended by people. The company always arranges different kinds of training and learning opportunities, and also encouraging employees’ children to study more. What’s more, company awards all the employees’ children who entered Ninghai High School and Key University 1 set of air-conditioner every year.

In 2014, there are 6 employees’ children entering Ninghai High School and 5 employees’ children entering Key University. Chairman Chu invited these 11 employees and their children to have a forum, encouraging them to try their best to learn more in their future study and work, and to create a better tomorrow with outstanding achievements to repay the society. After the forum, Chu send the air conditioner to each employee’s children, and took photo with them.
