From the 25th to the 27th of February, LogiMAT in Stuttgart are again the focal point for the entire logistics industry. The international Trade Fair for Distribution, Materials Handling- and Information Flow, will then again bring together decision makers from numerous industrial, commercial and service companies with the providers of solutions in the field of logistics. Imtradex is this year again among the exhibitors. The specialist for hearing and speech systems put focus on the headset for “Pick-by-Voice” applications especially made for the field of frozen storages.

On the Imtradex booth 410 in hall 5, the visitors can get information on the headsets specifically developed for these scenarios – the LogiTalk XS-pro and the LogiTalk XSN-pro. Both models allow voice-picking down to freezing temperatures around minus 30 degrees Celsius, and this contribute substantially to the acceleration and optimization of work processes in the frozen logistics and storage. “At LogiMAT we want to convince the visitors of the many advantages of our solutions: The easy handling, reduced bureaucracy, the minimal training and the productivity gains of up to 25 percent compared to paper picking “explains Imtradex sales director Hans-Gert Olbertz.

The two headset-models for the frozen application are equipped with a shortened gooseneck and a special microphone recording made of plastic. This combination, together with the still existing NC (Noise-Cancelling) pattern of the microphone, gives the best voice quality with no icing – even with very loud cooling systems. “The speaker protects the user against high sound levels thanks to the Acoustic-Shock-Protection, and at the same time the included ear pads, that is available in different sizes, protects from the cold,” said Hans-Gert Olbertz.

Thanks to his neckband, especially the LogiTalk XSN is very suitable in use with cloth caps and helmets.

In addition to the LogiTalk XS-pro and the LogiTalk XSN-pro, Imtradex will present all the other models from the LogiTalk series at Europe’s largest intralogistics exhibition.
