Lencrow Materials Handling introduces a new range of pallet jacks designed to offer a much safer alternative to hand pallet jacks.

Featuring a capacity of 1500kg, the new EP range of pallet jacks is designed with 4.5mm ribbed forks as well as a high strength frame for many years of operation. Similar to a standard hand pallet jack, the new range has an additional drive unit that offers braking.

A major benefit of the new pallet jacks is the reduction in operator strain thanks to less pushing and pulling, resulting in increased safety for the user. The automatic brake will prevent the unit from rolling away on slopes. Additional features include an anti skid drive wheel and auto reversing safety switch on the handle to increase safety.

Ross Grassick, managing director of Lencrow says the new range of pallet jacks is presented as a low-cost materials handling solution designed to improve workplace safety. Not built to replace heavy duty power pallet jacks that have much longer duty cycles, the new range offers low duty cycle operators a solution to prevent workplace strain injuries as well as improve operating efficiency for their sites. The new EP pallet jacks are recommended for shops and bulky goods outlets.

Key features and benefits of the EP pallet jacks include 150kg weight; self-contained design with built-in charger that can be charged at any power point; affordable cost; pollution free; and reduced carbon footprint.
