On June 26, 2014, the 3rd Linde Cup China Forklift Skill Competition Kick-off Ceremony was successfully held in the China Post Beijing center. Again this competition has been organized and supported by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP), China Industrial Truck Association (CITA) and Occupational Skill Testing Center. The competition will be held in 40 cities nationwide, includes nearly 1,000 companies and 3,000 players from June 2014 to May 2015, the Regional Finals will be held in Xiamen, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Guangzhou. Ultimately, the best players will strive for the National Finals in May 2015, the championship team will represent China to participate in the Global Stapler Cup in Germany in September 2015.

Linde Cup China Forklift Skill Competition was founded in 2007, known as the forklift industry "Olympics" with numerous players, large-scale and high difficulty and was challenging and entertaining. In 2007, the 1st Linde Cup created Shanghai Great World Guinness Records with the largest scale of players. In June 2011, 2nd Linde Cup China Forklift Skill Competition was with a much larger scale.

Mr. Dean Xie, the Vice President of Linde (China) Forklift Truck Corp., Ltd. delivered welcome speech, VIPs from associations and customer representative from China Post attended and delivered speeches as well. Nowadays, the environmental problem about “Beijing Haze” is becoming more and more serious. Linde (China) always focus on social commitment, especially the environmental issue. Linde products have been designed for fuel efficiency and low emissions. All Linde diesel trucks already achieved EU stage III A Emission Standard. In all manufacturing processes, Linde ensures proper waste water treatment and recycling system. Linde FLT donated to China Green Foundation (CGF) by planting trees for Beijing. During the ceremony, Dr. Yang, the Vice Executive Secretary from CGF showed the gratitude to Linde for contribution on Beijing Haze.

For logistics efficiency, efficient operation of the forklift truck plays a key role. As one of the global leading brands of material handling equipment, Linde FLT hopes to be able to improve logistics activities productivity to help customer reduce operating costs. This competition will provide young people an exchange platform, and promote the cultivation talent in China's logistics.
