On the afternoon of June 19th, vice President of Ningbo Federation of Trade Union, Lao Jianlan, followed by her team, made an investigation and survey to the Union operation of Ningbo Ruyi Joint Stock Co. Ltd. Chairman of Ruyi, Mr. Chu Jiwang and Xu Zhen, Union President of Ruyi, had a warm reception of them.

At the beginning of the meeting, Xu Zhen made a detailed report about Ruyi’s Union operation and Mr. Chu Jiwang made some complements when necessary.

As Minister Mr. Yang said in the meeting, Ruyi had done very well in production development, staff caring and society responsibility. He had visited Ruyi many times and expressed that every time he came to Ruyi, Ruyi always took on an altogether new look. In addition, Ruyi’s recent award “Zhejiang Honesty and Law-abiding Enterprise” made him feel gratified, because the enterprises getting the award were just 12 in the whole province and only 2 in Ningbo.

At the end of the meeting, Vice President Lao Jianlan made great praise and gave full affirmative about the Union work Ruyi has done recent years. In the meantime, she also had some advice that Ruyi could set up a wage consultation system based on the present wage consultation committee and jointed administration and labor union together to systematize and standardize the work. Aimed at Ruyi’s present work, Lao stated her own opinions and ideas that Ruyi could create and improve harmonious culture from the following five aspects: consensual culture, sharing culture, cohesive culture, belongingness culture and inclusive culture. She also suggested that Ruyi could make appropriate advertising about some outstanding or prominent persons to let others know that Ruyi not only is a machine manufacturer, but also is an enterprise full of talents and cultural atmosphere.
