In April, XCMG Hydraulics Co., Ltd. realized providing hydraulic cylinders to Cargotec headquartered in Sweden. This also showed that XCMG cylinders entered European market for the first time, finishing the matching cooperation to the first-class construction machinery manufacturers in the world.

Cargotec occupies about 40% of market shares of reach stackers in the world, and has always been the leader in the field of reach stacker industry. In 2009, XCMG Hydraulics cooperated with Kalmar—a brand of Cargotec for the first time to develop and manufacture cylinders used on reach stackers; in 2010, XCMG Hydraulics realized cylinder supply in batches and established a long-term partnership together with Kalmar; in 2012, XCMG Hydraulics realized 100% cylinder supply to Cargotec (Shanghai).

During the four-year cooperation, XCMG Hydraulics won the praise from the superiors of Cargotec relying on the stable performance and outstanding features of cylinders as well as the dedicated attitude of XCMG staff towards the products and the considerate service to the customers, which propeled Cargotec Group to make the final decision to enlarge the cooperation scale with XCMG Hydraulics. In April this year, XCMG Hydraulics would provide cylinders to the Swedish headquarter of Cargotec. It is estimated that the sales of cylinders in XCMG Hydraulics will reach 400 to 500 sets in 2014.
