Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks has found its perfect match in the latest addition to its Authorised Dealer Network: HFT Forklifts Ltd.

Based in Herefordshire, HFT is one of the largest independent forklift companies covering Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Shropshire. Working with customers from a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, logistics, construction and food and drink, HFT offers lift truck sales and hire, support and training.

HFT Forklifts’ managing director Carole Crawford said: “We recognised that to achieve our long-term business aims, we needed a stable, focused and determined manufacturing partner with a clear strategy for presenting real value to our customers. Mitsubishi offered us this and we’re delighted to be working with them.”

The range of counterbalance and warehouse trucks from Mitsubishi was another factor in the dealer's decision. "Well-engineered, the trucks feature a number of key safety and environmental innovations which offer real value for money.

“As well as being able to give our customers access to new, innovative and fuel efficient products, we wanted to ensure we could not only maintain, but exceed the high levels of service and added value they’ve come to expect from us,” continued Carole.

“Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks just seemed to stack up. Its trucks are renowned for reliability and build quality and we’ve been consistently impressed by the factory’s fast turnaround time and ability to effectively deliver against our customers' needs.”

Welcoming HFT to the dealer network, Mike Jones, general manager of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks UK said:"HFT is recognised as one of the region’s foremost sales and service organisations and certainly one of the best respected.

"From its state-of-the-art facilities in Rotherwas, the company combines a wealth of experience with the latest technologies to deliver a level of responsiveness that is hugely valued by its large customer base. HFT’s strength and expertise will be major assets to our network.”

Carole concluded: “Going forward, we’re confident our partnership with Mitsubishi will only enhance the services HFT currently offers and it brings us one step closer to achieving our vision, which is to be recognised as the number one customer-focused forklift company in the UK.”
