In 2011, the forklift market continued to stay at the situation of recovery increase after the economic crisis. Although there still were many uncertain factors, the global forklift industry had kept an increasing tendency in 2011, with an increase rate of 10% which was mainly driven by the large Chinese market. Yang An’guo, the General Manager of Anhui Forklift Group Co., Ltd. (Heli as the forklift brand), told the media during the interview that as a leading industrial vehicle manufacturer, Anhui Forklift Group Co., Ltd. believed that the industrial vehicle industry held a wider developing space during the progress of industrialization in China. Yang An’guo said that based on the related assessment and analysis, the market would present a tendency of holding back in the first half and breaking out in the second half in the whole 2012. Due to the European Debt Crisis, the export would be affected to some extent. It was estimated that the GDP of China would increase about 8.5% in 2012, which would bring both opportunities and challenges to the enterprises.

Yang An’guo indicated that the target of Anhui Forklift Group Co., Ltd. was to ensure an increase rate of 10% based on the results of 2011, while the gross production and sales amount reached 80,000 sets, export volume reached 12,000 sets. He said that the company would focus on developing and expanding their market shares in the emerging markets in South America, Middle East and South East Asia.

Yang An’guo also mentioned at the end of the interview that the predicated capacity of the forklift industry in the year 2011 was said to be 260,000 sets to 280,000 sets, and in 2012, it would break through 300,000 sets if there was no exception.
