Materials Handling equipment specialist, Barloworld Handling, has enhanced its regional management teams with two executive level appointments.

The newly appointed Regional Manager for Scotland, Ian Mills, has 36 years' experience in the forklift truck industry with Barloworld Handling and has successfully managed the service team in Scotland for the past seven years.

"Ian's extensive industry experience and outstanding people skills will help to support ambitious growth and development plans for Barloworld in the Scottish region" says Phil Bastow, Managing Director of Barloworld Handling.

Chris Windust has become the new Regional Manager for the South of England, joining Barloworld Handling from senior positions at retail and manufacturing organisations.

"Chris brings with him a wide range of general and senior management experience along with a passion for service excellence" adds Phil Bastow. "His key achievements include significant increases in turnover and growth wherever he has worked."

Barloworld Handling specialises in maintaining different types and makes of lift trucks and other materials handling equipment and is the exclusive UK distribution partner for Hyster equipment.

Providing a complete range of counterbalance and warehousing equipment, Barloworld offers superior support, advice and value added services through its network of 1,000 support staff, including 500 engineers nationwide.
