On October 24, 2011, China Industrial Truck Institution of China Construction Machinery Association (CITA) held the fifth member meeting, also the 2011 CITA Annual Meeting in Pudong Shenggao Holiday Hotel in Pudong New District, Shanghai, China.

The meeting was presided over by Zhang Jie, Secretary General of CITA. Ma Qingfeng, Chairman of the Board of Zhejiang Hangcha Group Zhao Limin and CEO of Linde (China) Forklift Co., Ltd. Chingpong Quek. Nearly 150 representatives from the forklift manufacturing enterprises, spare part manufacturers and related media in the forklift industry took part in the meeting.
