On September 16, 2011, the project of establishing Bolzoni Auramo (Wuxi) Forklift Attachment Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 25 million dollars commenced to lay the foundation when the Opening Ceremony of Wuxi Xishan Autumn International Trade Fair was held at the same time. This project was said to be the largest production base constructed in China by Bolzoni Auramo Group in Italy as the largest forklift attachment manufacturer in Europe and the second largest one in the world.

It was informed that Italy Bolzoni Auramo Group owned 17 manufactories, 40 sales service companies and more than 1000 employers in the global scope with operation revenue up to one billion Euros, holding 40% of market shares on the European market. According to the introduction of the related personnel, Bolzoni Auramo (Wuxi) Forklift Attachment Co., Ltd. that was started to establish in Xishan District would have an annual sales amount of RMB 500 million Yuan after putting into production.

Simultaneously when Bolzoni Auramo (Wuxi) Forklift Attachment Co., Ltd. was laid the foundation, another 18 large projects with total investments over ten billion including the lithium battery project of Wuxi Chiyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Science & Development Center Building in the Commercial District of Xishan also laid the foundation and set the plans to put into operation, covering the emerging industries such as new energies, electromechanical production, commercial estate and biological medicines.
