On August 30, 2011, with the final process in the Assembly Plant of Anhui Jianghuai Yinlian Heavy-Duty Construction Machine Co., Ltd. (“Jianghuai Heavy-Duty Company” for short), the first new J series of forklift was rolled off the line, which was also the sign that another new type of forklifts from Jianghuai Heavy Duty was officially onto the market. 

Compared with other types of forklifts from Jianghuai Heavy Duty, J series of forklifts were featured with strong power and large torque. With the total closure and eco-friendly design, the forklift was advantageous in terms of low noise, low emission and low fuel consumption, on which the noise was only 86db around the operator. With floated V-type engine and full-suspension overhead guard, it greatly reduced the vibration of the forklift, of which the fuel was prevent to leak with the O-type sealing technology applied on the oil cap. Meanwhile, the forklift was more ergonomics with wider operational space and driving space, reducing the fatigue of the operator. The instrument installed to the right hand of the operator with brief display was easy to read the information. The forklift was installed with electro-hydraulic directional control handle, effectively decreasing the fatigue of the arm. Moreover, the oil cap on the forklift was originated from the automobile, making the equipment more practical and durable.

Along with fiercer competition on the forklift market at present, the forklift products were impressive no longer only in terms of the appearance or price, but also on the more crucial element—forklift quality. The quality included the successful manufacturing of the product, and also more excellent design and design concept. As the initial of the design, the design concept was the root of excellent products and better quality. Since the establishment of Jianghuai Heavy Duty, the company introduced the advanced design concept from Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd., under the prerequisite of quality control to keep the upgrade and perfection of JAC forklifts so as to stand in the front edge of the industry in terms of excellent quality.

Taking the customers as the center in an all around way, Jianghuai Heavy Duty persisted in the design concept of high technology, multiple functions and ergonomic device, sparing no effort to uninterruptedly meet the demands of the customers.

Firstly, Jianghuai Heavy Duty passed down the design concept of using high technology during the design process. JAC forklifts self-developed by Jianghuai Heavy Duty were complete in the category, powerful in driving force and outstanding in performance, processing 12 series and 15 types of forklift products such as 1-10 ton internal combustion forklifts and 1-3 ton battery forklifts. With all the equipments for the experiments, the performance of the product was capable to be authenticated by national department for quality supervision of the construction machinery. The “high technology” concept of JAC forklifts was represented on the parts of the forklift body, such as the advanced separately excited motor controller, excellent steering axle, improved instruments and unique heavy duty structures. In addition, Jianghuai J series of forklifts installed with JAC engines were the only one series of forklifts that were equipped with high quality engines of the famous brand, greatly improving the core competitive force of JAC forklifts.

Secondly, since the establishment of JAC forklift department, the company insisted in the design concept of multiple function, developing the forklift categories from single standard forklifts to internal combustion and electric forklifts of various tonnages. The company also had tens of different non-standard vehicles including clamp bucket truck, cab forklift, dumping forklift, rotating forklifts and forklifts with double decks, in order to meet the different demands of the users in an all round way.
　
Thirdly, JAC forklifts fully considered the actual demands of the users, sticking to apply ergonomic design. With rigid appearance, JAC forklifts were of great drivability, wide mast to provide good sight condition and perfect rear light, favorable for the convenient and safe operation of the operators. The wheels and seats were all in accordance with ergonomics principles, maximally reducing the fatigue of the operators and enhancing the satisfaction of the driving experience.

To apply the first-class design concept to manufacture products and to control the quality by a more careful attitude, JAC forklifts were assured to be perfect in terms of lean manufacturing, winning both the customers and the market. The launch of J series of forklifts symbolized the creation of the first set of forklift devised with engines of self-made brand. 4DA(C)1 engine self-developed by Jianghuai Heavy Duty was rather powerful with directly injection fuel system with emission level reaching Europe II standard, which improved the performance of J series of forklifts to a higher grade.

Consisting to the perspective of the enterprise to make better products, Jianghuai Heavy Duty continue to keep a continuous growth on the aspects of forklift sales in 2011 with production and sales reaching historical new records, increasing 42% compared to the same period last year. Relying on the launch of J series of forklifts, Jianghuai Heavy Duty would obtain a new development peak in sales.
