Pyroban Group has announced two acquisitions that strengthen its product portfolio and geographic coverage, helping to support continued growth for the international group of companies.

Safety and environmental business Pyroban Group completed the acquisition of Adex Zonex Pte Ltd. in Singapore on 11th August. Adex Zonex specializes in the conversion of flame proof electric and diesel materials handling equipment, offshore packages including fully compliant Zone 2 compressors, generator sets and radiator to flywheel power packs.  The company also supplies a wide range of related components including engine safety control systems, hydraulic, spring and pneumatic engine starting systems, spark arrestors, shutdown valves and lubricating systems. In addition, Adex Zonex provides short and medium term rental of flameproof forklift trucks to industrial markets.

Adex Zonex has a strong brand presence in the region and supplies oil and gas, petrochemical and manufacturing customers in countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

In a separate acquisition, Broadland Radiators and Heat Exchangers Ltd. has also joined the Pyroban Group as a wholly owned subsidiary on 29th July.  Established in 1987 and based in Norwich, Norfolk, UK, Broadland Radiators designs, manufactures and repairs radiators and heat exchangers for diesel engine applications, predominantly in the petrochemical industry.
