Hangcha, which began manufacturing forklifts in 1974, has a range of models across varying price points. The company has held ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification since 1995 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification since 2002.
Hangcha’s factory complex comprises more than 60 acres of buildings with five forklift assembly lines, multiple testing, painting, axle, mast and finishing lines, and a workforce exceeding 2,500.
A complete range of engine models is now available. The Powerlift HC range comprises 1.8 t to 10.0 t gas, diesel and petrol forklifts, 1.0 t to 5.0 t electric forklifts and reach trucks 1.2 to 2.0t. They come standard with manufacturer’s 3-year warranty, tilt adjust steering wheel, LCD display of all machine functions, full suspension seat, operator-sensing system lock-out, LED rear lights, integral side-shift, soft-landing lift system on the mast, and a swing-down gas bottle on LPG models.
The forklifts use Nissan engines and feature a high-capacity radiator, solid tyres and rear hand-assist grip. The engines comply with EU stage III control regulations, ensuring low fuel consumption and emissions and a cleaner working environment.
