On July 8, 2011, Anqing Liandong Engineering Trucks Attachments Project of Anhui HELI started construction in Anqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, New District of Binjiang. Leaders including Zone Wang Weidong the standing member of Municipal Party Committee, Minister of Organizing Department and Secretary General of Working Committee in Anqing Economic and Technological Development, and Wang Junke the Director of Administrative Committee in Anqing Economic and Technological Development Zone attended the opening ceremony and laid foundation for the construction of project.

The first phase of this project occupied 100 Mu of area with a total investment of RMB 160 million Yuan. The building area of this project reached nearly 45,000 square meters, and the construction period lasted for one and half a year. After the project completed construction and was put into production, it would have the production capacity of annually manufacturing 80,000 sets of side shifters and 8,000 sets of clamps, realizing annual sales revenue up to RMB 500 million Yuan, profits and tax to RMB 120 million Yuan.

As the first industrial project that was constructed in the New District of Binjiang in the beginning phase of twelfth five-year plan, this was also the first strategic project in the field of emerging industry settled in the New District of Binjiang. The construction of Anqing project was a sign that the New District of Binjiang laid its ground perfectly.
