The largest international fair specialized in forklifts—CeMAT 2011, which was held every three years, had been successfully closed in Hannover, Germany. As one of the international forklift brands at the fair, Clark Germany Branch on behalf of Clark Group attended the grand exhibition with their series of products.
The stand of Clark was in Hall B2 with indoor and outdoor exhibition areas respectively of 250 square meters and 300 square meters. From the stand construction and product selection, Clark closely persisted in their own operation concept to represent their advantages in terms of product quality and to show their solid position as a brand endowed with a history exceeding one hundred years in America. The exhibition stand was designed to concentrate on the conventional and competitive products, extending the resolution of the company to provide the customers with quality products. Clark focused on the forklift products with conventional advantages so as to give prominence to the company’s image as an international famous forklift brand. Besides the latest C series of internal combustion engine forklifts as the standard products, Clark also exhibited the mainstays such as AC electric counterbalanced forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers, providing an opportunity to the visitors from the worldwide to feel the technological innovations of Clark. In the past 2010, Clark sold about 15,000 sets of forklifts in the whole world, and the descendant of the original dealers in the European and American countries continued to cooperate with Clark in the future, leading to a bright tomorrow that Clark would have reached the goal to sell 25,000 sets in the coming three years. According to Clark, they will enlarge their investment on the market in China, which has been set to be the main development direction of Clark in future. Clark hoped to establish long-term and close partnerships with more outstanding dealers in China to form a larger working team and to advance with the market trend.
The CLARK forklifts shined at the exhibition stand featured with their green CLARK icons representing the eco-friendly concept. The 12 sets of forklifts was arranged in the formation of a triangle, while there was also parts and components exhibition in the container exhibition area, showing the powerful capacity of Clark in terms of after sales service, which was also incomparable at present on the forklift market. The forklifts attracted a large number of visitors to the stand, among whom there were many potential customers interested in the innovation and high quality of Clark and engaged in enquiry about the products and negotiation about the cooperation in future.
Clark told the media that they had learn a lot on how to further improve the product design through this exhibition, such as adding more ergonomic design to offer the operators and users a more convenient and comfortable working environment based on the durable and reliable forklifts.
