STILL is introducing FleetDataServices as another step towards transparency, flexibility and individuality. FleetDataServices provides a solution for intelligent acquisition, preparation and online availability of vehicle data and driver data. STILL has already launched the FleetManager and the STILLReport as individual products and now FleetDataServices sum up this field of STILL software products. A common feature of all the products is that they are web based and have a uniform user interface which is easy to operate. Users access truck data online, to attain all information and keep this up-to-date at all times. FleetDataServices also includes the software products FleetManager 4.x, STILLReport and STILLProActive.

FleetManager 4.x

FleetManager 4.x offers every customer controlled utilisation of the trucks, controlled truck management and development, as well as maintenance control.

To monitor the utilisation of the trucks, the customer can define who may use which truck and for which purpose. The software allows the control of access entitlement for the relevant truck by way of a chip, chip card or PIN with the profile of the respective driver. In addition an optional accident recorder makes each defect retraceable. FleetManager 4.x enables the management of driver data and management of maintenance schedules.

STILLReport

Organisation, analysis and optimisation of the fleet of trucks are offered by the STILLReport. This web based software tool from STILL, provides the customer with a quick overview of the complete fleet of trucks. The STILLReport comprises of three levels: Organisation, analysis and optimisation. The first level “organisation” gives the customer a clear overview of all the trucks in the fleet, providing truck data such as the place of operation and FEM status. The second level “analysis” expands this data to provide every detail. This level even enables the customer to analyse the costs per truck and per location. The third level “optimisation” adds a detailed overview of maintenance data and FEM inspection planning for the customer. Management of maintenance and FEM inspections are maintained by STILL.

STILLProActive

With STILLProActive, the third product from the area of FleetDataServices, STILL guarantees the customer an even higher availability of trucks. If there is a defect on a truck, the generated error codes are directly forwarded from the truck to STILL. The STILL customer service is informed instantly and the respective service engineer can already start to analyse the defect before arriving on site. This ensures that all spare parts for the truck are correct on the first visit. The time needed to find the defect on-site is reduced and travel expenses due to repeated visits are reduced. The customer can trace every step of the process, including reception of the service inquiry and the departure of the service engineer which provides a high degree of transparency for the entire process.

However, these three products are only the starting point. They are the basis for further products to be offered in the frame of FleetDataServices. New products are already undergoing development. The field of software products and “communication” with the truck is a field to become more and more important for our customers in the future. STILL thinks about the future always.
