On March 21, 2011, the ceremony of Talent Training Base between Linde (China) and Sanming Advanced Technician School was held at Sanming Advanced Technician School. Mr. Chen Jubao, the Vice Minister of Sanming Human Resources and Labor & Social Security Bureau, Mr. Xie Zengming, the Principal of Sanming Advanced Technician School and Mr. Chingpong Quek, CEO of Linde (China) attended the ceremony. Mr. Chen Jubao and Mr. Xie Zengming in their speeches gave high recognition to Linde (China) in establishing this talent training base, and encouraged the students to study hard.
 
Sanming Advance Technician School provided lots of graduates for companies across China every year, including Linde in Xiamen. Since 2009, more than 40 graduates have worked at Linde in Xiamen in various positions with good performance. In the ceremony, Mr. Chingpong Quek, CEO of Linde (China) presented a plaque of “Talent Training Base” to the school principal and awarded scholarship to the students. He said: “Sanming Advanced Technician School is well-known for its welder professional skill training. As part of our corporate social responsibility, Linde (China) is proud to contribute in developing more talents to the society through the establishment of this training base.”
