A wide range of compact equipment from Bobcat will be exhibited on stand number OS40 at the Intermat Middle East Exhibition with the support of Kanoo Machinery, the company's authorised dealer for the UAE.

Among the products being shown are the market-leading Bobcat range of skid-steer loaders including the new generation S630 model and the very popular S130 and S150 skid-steer loaders. The stand display will also feature the E14, E16 and E32 mini-excavators; the top-of-the-range T40170 telehandler and a comprehensive selection of attachments from Bobcat.

Powered by the Kubota 55.4 kW V3307-DI-TE3 kW Stage IIIA diesel engine, the new S630 radial lift path skid-steer loader has an operating weight of 3496 kg, a rated operating capacity of 989 kg and a tipping load of 1978 kg. Enhanced operator comfort is a key feature of Bobcat new generation loaders, the most prominent aspect being the unique forward-positioned Premium Cab, the largest on the market. The standard hydraulic flow on the S630 has been increased by over 30% to 87.1 l/min, providing significantly better attachment performance. The high flow version of this loader, the S630H, offers a hydraulic flow of 115.5 l/min.

The S130 and S150 are the most successful skid-steer loaders in the Middle East.

The S130 is again a radial lift path, conventional wheelbase skid-steer loader powered by the 34.3 kW (45 HP) Kubota V2203-E diesel engine. It is a perfect addition to the fleet for every type of customer in the UAE, as it offers fast cycle times, a high travel speed of 7.3 mph (11.8 km/h) and impressive auxiliary pump flow rates for a wide variety of digging, material handling and many other applications in the construction and related industries. The S130 has an operating weight of 2465 kg, a rated operating capacity of 590 kg and a tipping load of 1195 kg. The S130 also has a reach of 475 mm with a lift height of 2781 mm.

The S150 loader also features radius path lift arms, well suited to digging and grading work, and a long wheelbase for a smoother ride. The hydraulic system has been engineered for increased breakout force. In addition, the machine is equipped with dual tilt cylinders, opening up room in front of the loaders, resulting in better visibility to attachments and easier entry and exit to the cab.

The S150 offers reduced cycle times and faster travel speeds. It is powered by the normally aspirated version of the Kubota V2203-M diesel engine rated at 35 kW, producing excellent traction and breakout force for excavating and handling large loads. High hydraulic pump capacity and enhanced attachment performance are also features of the S150 model, where the hydraulic flow is an impressive 63 l/min.

Like the smaller Bobcat 14-metre T40140 and 12-metre T35120 telehandlers, the T40170 is equipped with a revolutionary patent-protected boom, incorporating the most advanced technology available today.

Thanks to the design and construction of the advanced boom, which pivots at the very rear of the machine, the T40170 can lift 2.5 tonne to 17.43 m, when used with stabilisers. On tyres alone, the T40170 can still lift to a height of 17.2 m. In addition, the lifting capacity at the maximum reach of 13.67 m is an impressive 560 kg and the boom allows the T40170 to offer a maximum forward reach of over 2 m even at the maximum lifting height.

Complementing the Bobcat telescopic handler range is a comprehensive selection of job-matched attachments covering a wide range of applications. Demonstrating the increased versatility of the telescopic handler range, Bobcat offers a man platform attachment. Ideal for work at height and general inspection duties, the EC certified man platform is approved for use on the T40170, T40140 and T35120SL MP models.
