On December 18, 2010, Lonking Holdings Limited and Zhengzhou Municipal Government held the signing ceremony for the opening of Lonking Central China Construction Machinery Production Base in Zhongyou Garden Hotel in Zhengzhou New District. On the ceremony, Wang Yaohua and Director of Administrative Committee of Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone Zhang Yanming, respectively on behalf of Zhengzhou Municipal Government and Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone, signed the frame agreement for the investment and entering the Zone together with Li Xinyan, Chairman of the Board of Lonking Holdings Limited. Mayor of Zhengzhou Zhao Jiancai made a speech, stating that at present Zhengzhou was in the crucial moment of fastening and improving the establish of municipal establishment so as to construct the core increasing pole of economic district in Central China, and Lonking Holdings Limited investing in Zhengzhou would become the driving force to push forward the development of industrial economy in Zhengzhou.

Lonking has invested RMB 10 billion Yuan to Central China Production Base. It is anticipated that the annual output value will be 20 billion Yuan after the Base is built up and put into production.
