On December 6^th, 2010, the service center newly established by Hefei Duanya Group was formally put into operation. Duanya Group held an awarding and opening ceremony for the new service center, and superiors from the Group including the General Manager Li Anying, Vice General Manager of the Sales Company Cheng Guoyuan attended the ceremony.

The service center is located beside the northern gate of Hefei Duanya Group on Ziyun Road in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, and is established to be the symbolized window for Hefei Duanya Group to provide modernized service to all the customers. The service center comprises of administrative area, meeting room, training area, warehouse and logistics area, computer center and profiles room, and now has totally 48 service staff, more than 20 of whom are advanced service and technical engineers taking over the task of providing the customers with comprehensive after sales service, parts supply and some modification in terms of modernization. The operation of the service center will further improve the quality level of Duanya Group's after sales so as to meet the demands of the customers in a better way.
