On September 11, Linde Cup China Forklift Skill Competition - Shenyang Qualifying Round was successfully held in Shenyang BMW plant. More than 40 players participated in the competition including those from BMW, Michelin, BASF and Sinotrans.

All the players selected from every company are the best. “In our company, nearly 400 drivers applied for the competition, we had to choose the best from them through the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals. The two players come here today are the top winners from the strict selection.“ says one engineer from Michelin.

“Linde Cup greatly mobilized the work enthusiasm of forklift drivers and created a good communication platform to improve line worker’s skill. Many users believe that Linde Cup has become a major event in the forklift driver’s career.” says a manager from BMW.

Team leaders also play an important role in the competition. They are not only the coach but also the confidence station of the players. Team leaders always cheered and encouraged for their players no matter what performance they had done. For example, the teams from Coca-cola Dalian and Shenyang were brilliant in their red uniform, their team leader would do shoulder massage for them before the competition, which seems like his team is going to participate in a boxing game.
