Recently, Xuzhou Xugong Special Machinery Co., Ltd. conducted deep development and design research on mid and small tonnage telescopic forklifts, in order to meet the newly emerged demand for construction machinery on the domestic as well as international market. With the launch of the new products, Xugong Special Machinery Co., Ltd. further expanded the telescopic forklift categories and completed the planning on the product models in the company. 

Telescopic forklift truck as one kind of versatile lifting and material handling equipments, is featured with stability, reliability and high productivity, which is among the multi-functional machinery products suitable for the tasks including material handling, stacking, lifting and loading in different applications for both indoor and outdoor operations. The mid and small tonnage telescopic forklifts from Xugong Special Machinery Co., Ltd. are mainly designed and manufactured for household construction, utility, electric projects, stone handling, material stacking, steel structure lifting with special usage. According to Xugong Special Machinery Co., Ltd., the goal of the development is to take the 4.5 ton forklift as the design platform to implement the standard and optimal design through the optimal matching ratio under the prerequisite of ensuring the lifting ability and lifting height as well. In the design period, the engineers also paid attention to strictly control the weight and cost of the forklift, and integrated all the development plans required for the newly designed model in the research and development process so as to decrease the frequency of changing parts. The forklift applied support boom structure, hydrostatic drive system, hydraulic guiding and controlling system, which were all innovative design mechanisms aiming at enhancing the capacity and comfort of the forklift. Additionally, the forklift was devised to use optional multi-functional mid and small matching parts with high price-performance ratio. The key structures and parts on the forklift were produced by the company, while other parts such as hydraulic pump, motor and hydraulic valve lock were all domestic brands so as to reduce production cost on the basis of guaranteeing the lifting capacity and versatility, fully representing the advantages of the forklift in terms of ownership cost and increasing the competition of the product on the market in a comprehensive way.    

The research and development of the series of forklifts will further expand the telescopic forklift category of Xugong Special Machinery Co., Ltd. so that the company is able to keep their advantages on the aspect of small and multi-functional machinery products while meet the demands on the domestic and international market.
