On August 10th, 2010, Bengbu Hydrodynamic Machine Plant (belonging to Anhui Forklift Truck Group) held an opening ceremony for the production capacity construction project of hydraulics parts used on the forklift trucks. The opening ceremony was started rightly at 9:58 a.m. and was presided by Zhou Jun, the deputy plant manager of Bengbu Hydrodynamic Machine Plant. On the ceremony, the leaders from Bengbu Municipal Government as well as the district stood on the chairman platform, including the superiors from Anhui Forklift Truck Group and engineering construction units. Besides, teams comprised of construction units and staff from hydraulics department, reporters from the municipal broadcasting station and newspaper agents also took part in the ceremony. 　

Li Baoxuan, the Secretary of Longzi Lake District, Cai Lin, the Vice Manager of Anhui Lianghuai Constructions Co., Ltd., Yang Anguo, the Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Anhui Forklift Truck Group Co., Ltd. gave their speeches respectively on the opening ceremony on the behalf of their companies. The Deputy Mayor of Bengbu Municipal Government Cao Longcan announced the official start of the engineering oil cylinder project of Bengbu Hydrodynamic Machine Plant of Anhui Forklift Truck Group Co., Ltd. before all the leaders went to the foundation stele to shovel soils towards the stele, which showed the sign that the construction of the project was started since then. 　

As one of the national bond projects, the Production Capacity Construction Project of Hydraulics Parts (Engineering Oil Cylinder, Transmission) Used on Forklift Trucks was divided into two phases. The project was totally invested by RMB 119.8 million Yuan with the whole project construction period lasting for four years. The first phase of the project cost the investment of RMB 38.49 million Yuan in general, of which the construction phase had been completed till now; while the second phase of the construction was invested totally RMB 81.31 million Yuan with the construction period of two years from 2010 to 2011. 

Once the engineering oil cylinder project was finished, the production capacity of the plant would have been further improved. It is estimated that the annual production capacity of oil cylinders will increase from 200 thousands of sets to 600 thousands sets while the output of transmissions will be 80 thousands from the former output of 50 thousands. Meanwhile, the Bengbu plant will also possess the ability to do research, development and production of large tonnage engineering oil cylinders and transmissions, which will improve the research and development capacity of the design team, enhance the production standard, enlarge the production scale and upgrade the product quality of the forklift hydraulics parts to reach the level of the same category on the international market. 

It is informed that after the project was finished, the annual sales income of the plant would be RMB 366 million Yuan, among which the newly increased sales income would be RMB 140 million Yuan. The project will have obvious economic benefits as the annual profits would reach RMB 49.09 million Yuan with newly increased profits of RMB 28.24 million Yuan and output value per person of RMB 570 thousands Yuan, which will lay a steady foundation for the leap-forward development of Anhui Forklift Truck Group from the end of the eleventh five-year plan to the twelfth five-plan development period.
