Through the great effort in one and half a year, Anhui Forklift Group (branded HELI) successfully developed and manufactured CPCD460 series of internal combustion counterbalanced forklift in its heavy-duty equipment assembly factory located in Heli Industrial Park. Recently, the General Manager Xue Bai, Chief Engineer Ma Qingfeng and Assistant Chief Engineer Zhou Qiqi from Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. as well as the technological specialists and members of new truck manufacturing team from relevant departments took part in the evaluation and review meeting for CPCD460 prototype.

The rated lifting capacity of the CPCD460 forklift was set to be 46 ton, the one of the largest lifting capacity in domestic China till now. The forklift was designed to be equipped with engines of which the emission level was accordance with the Euro-III standards. By adopting CAN-BUS control system, CPCD460 internal combustion counterbalanced forklift conducted united and coordinated control towards the motions of engine, transmission, brake system and hydraulic system through WIZ computers. The forklift was featured and devised with colorful LCD BUS-type interactive instrument with large display screen, which could exert drastically convenient online monitoring, displaying, setting and enquiring functions.

What’s more, the forklift is reliable for possessing the systems of automotive diagnose, automotive alarming and automotive self protection. The key structural components, including the mast and chassis, were under optimal design and had all been tested under computer aided engineering (CAE) finite element analysis. The hydraulic system on the forklift was integrated with advanced systems such as high pressure variant, load sensing and feeding back, steering first and wet disc brake system, which were all state-in-art technologies to enable the stability and structural durability of the forklift to comply with the standards and regulations in European Union. As a whole, in terms of controlling performance, travelling stability, driving safety, operator’s comfort as well as the emission standardization, the forklift was expected to rank at the first level on international market as well.
　　
At present, the prototype of CPCD460 internal combustion counterbalanced forklift had passed the evaluation and review, and already had won an order, which will be delivered to the customer in Dalian Province. Additionally, the 25 Ton forklift prototype among G series had simultaneously passed the evaluation and review.
