On March 5, 2010, First-Auto-Works Group (FAW) held an awarding meeting of "2009 Outstanding Vendor" in Xiamen. Mr. An Tiecheng, General Manager of FAW-Volkswagen and Mr. Wang Zeyi, Party Secretary, Mr. CP Quek, CEO of Linde(China) and Mr. Dean Xie, Sales Director attended the meeting.

As a well-known car manufacturer in China, FAW has more than 200 suppliers. In order to win better cooperation, FAW-Volkswagen conducts rigorous evaluation to their suppliers every year, and chooses the top 15 as the outstanding vendors. Among the many suppliers, Linde (China) was the only one forklift truck manufacturer who won the outstanding vendor award with its highly efficient products and professional services. 

In the awarding ceremony, Mr. Yang Hongwei, Purchasing Manager of FAW said: "FAW began to cooperate with Linde (China) from 1994 and till now nearly 400 units of Linde forklift trucks are used in various production departments. Linde forklift truck provides high quality product and customer-oriented services to ensure an overall smooth production and uptime. "
