On January 11^th, 2010, Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zoomlion") held a grand ceremony to lay the foundation for Zoomlion Hanshou Industrial Park and celebrate the beginning of construction in Hanshou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hanshou County, Changde City, Hu’nan Province. Leaders including the former Deputy Director of Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee Pang Daomu attended the ceremony, and laid the foundation for the industrial park together with the superiors such as Chairman of the Board from Zoomlion Zhan Chunxin. So far, six business departments in Zoomlion had accomplished the “Ten Billion Plan”, forming the industrial layout of “Hundred Billion Plan” of sales revenue in embryo.

It was in July. 2009 that Zoomlion officially settled the project of Hanshou Industrial Park in Hanshou Economic and Technological Development Zone with the main purpose for processing and manufacturing products of crane trucks and trucks with aerial working platforms in Zoomlion Special Purpose Vehicle Corporation as well as the development and manufacturing of concrete mixing plant.

As was known, this project was the cooperation of Zoomlion with Changde area after Dingcheng Guanxi Industrial Park, Jinshi Axle Production Line and Linli Matching Parts Industrial Park, and it was another key strategic layout of Zoomlion to realize leap-forward development and to cultivate new economic increasing points.

Within the planned land use area, Hanshou Industrial Park would establish four areas, which respectively will be production area for special purpose vehicles, production area for concrete mixing plant, living area and conference center. Among them, the building area of the workshops in production area will be more than 110,000 square meters, which after putting into operation will annually produce 10,000 sets of truck cranes, 5000 sets of trucks with aerial working platform and 1500 sets of concrete mixing plants with annual sales revenue of 8 billion Yuan. Zoomlion had invested 390 million Yuan into the first phase construction of the industrial park, mainly establishing production area for special purpose vehicles, production area for concrete mixing plant and living area. It was planned that the construction of main production areas would have bee finished by September, 2010 and the whole project would be built up by 2015.

Chairman of the Board of Zoomlion Zhan Chunxin made a speech and said that the establishment of Hanshou Industrial Park was an important and key step marching for enlarging production capacity, building up a “Hundred Billion” enterprise and impelling globalization strategy, and it was also another practice taken by Zoomlion to push forward new industrialization course in China. As this industrial that was designed under the concept of modernization and eco-friendly was built up and put into operation, the manufacturing level in Zoomlion would be increasingly advanced while the industrial structure would be further upgraded and the scaled profits would be highly improved.

At present, Zoomlion had spread its key industrial bases in Hu’nan, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Guangdong in China and Milan in Italy by establishing Zoomlion Technology Park, Ligu Industrial Park, Quantang Industrial Park, Wangcheng Industrial Park, Guanxi Industrial Park in Changde, Yuanjiang Industrial Park in Yiyang, Weinan Industrial Park in Shaanxi, Shanghai Industrial Park and CIFA Industrial Park in Italy with total area of nearly 3 million square meters. Relying on these industrial parks, Zoomlion will successfully lay down the most completed production chain in the field. Among all the departments of Zoomlion, there were 6 business departments that had finished their “Ten Billion Plan”, including concrete machinery, construction hoisting machinery, engineering crane machinery, earthwork machinery, special purpose vehicles and special purpose axles, which led to the formation of an internationalized industrial cluster of construction machinery with annual sales revenue of hundred billion yuan.
