Toyota Material Handling USA Inc. (TMHU) has launched a social media program encompassing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Wikipedia.
TMHU will use the social media tools to interact with its customers, suppliers, associates and 68 dealers.
“Social media outlets continue to grow in popularity and provide valuable relationship-building, feedback, research and communication opportunities,” says Melinda Beckett-Maines, national marketing manager of TMHU. “Our goal is to apply these dynamic platforms— Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others—to create enhanced relationships with our customers and audiences.”
