Dear Sir/Madam:

How are you doing?  We are a company located in Panama Central America and we have purchased a fork lift from your company in Feb 2007 and we are planning to make another purchase.  Therefore we would like to inquire your opinion to find out what is best suited for us. 

In year 2007 we purchased a forklift with model number FD30V5T from you and it works great.  However, most of the time we need the forklift to work in an uneven land that is covered with gravel and small pebbles and our current machine sometimes would get stuck.  We are wondering if you have any forklift that would have all wheel traction or if you have another solution for us. 

Please let us know what options do we have and we will start from there.
