The B 300 H: a highly productive Sweeper

The B 300 H to be presented by AUSA at Demopark is an innovative 3 m3 sweeper, based on the structure of the multiservice M300H. A versatile and highly productive vehicle, it has a vacuum capacity of 13,000 m3/h, three central brushes and a 600 liter water tank, which grants it a high degree of autonomy. This multi-purpose machine allows various tools, such as the snow plow with salt spreader or the street cleaning equipment, to be interchanged quickly, making it extremely cost-effective. The B 300 H is an agile, maneuverable and environmentally friendly sweeper. It features a state-of-the-art VW Euro IV TDI engine, with low CO2 emissions and low fuel consumption. Equipped with hydrostatic transmission and permanent four-wheel drive, it is able to reach speeds of 62 km/h. Operator comfort and safety are also guaranteed, thanks to the closed cabin with heater, panoramic visibility, passenger seat, heated exterior rearview mirrors, electronic rpm acceleration and rotating beacon, etc.

Compact Forklifts: the new Taurulift T 276 H

AUSA has a new line of innovative all-terrain compact telescopic forklifts with a folding cabin and hydrostatic transmission. Of these, one of the most noteworthy is the Taurulift T 276 H, with a load capacity of 2,700 kg at a height of 6.1 meters. Powered by a Kubota Turbo Diesel V3600T engine, with a low noise level and reduced fuel consumption, it features hydrostatic transmission and permanent four-wheel-drive that allows it to overcome all kinds of obstacles, while reaching speeds of 24 km/h. The Taurulift T 204 H is also equipped with a Kubota diesel V2403 engine, hydrostatic transmission and permanent four-wheel drive and is able to lift loads of 2,000 kilos at a height of 4.2 meters. Standard equipment for these vehicles consists of a joystick that provides full control of all functions, a certified FOPS/ROPS cabin, 3 steering modes, anti-vandal security system, adjustable height ergonomic seat, safety belt, rearview mirror, rotating beacon and an audible reverse warning system, among other items. In addition, these forklifts can be fitted with all of the tools used on compact skid steer loaders, thanks to the Multi-Tach system.

AUSA will also be showcasing the C 150 H compact high performance forklift at Demopark. With a load capacity of 1,500 kg at a height of 2.6 meters, hydrostatic transmission and optional four-wheel drive, like the other models in its line, it comes equipped with a complete set of standard equipment, including an open cabin, ergonomic seat, joystick and a safety belt, among other items.

Municipal Tasks made easier with AUSA Multiservice Vehicles

AUSA multiservice vehicles have become an indispensable professional tool for municipal maintenance work. Multi-purpose, technologically advanced, reliable and sturdy, these machines are also extremely versatile thanks to the large number of tools with which they can be fitted, allowing them to perform a variety of different tasks with just one vehicle. This is the case of the M 300 H, which will have two of its models on display at Demopark, the standard version and the one carrying a lawn mower with a reach of 4.5 meters, ideal for green landscape maintenance.

The M 300 H is a robust, multipurpose vehicle with a load capacity of 3,000 kg, equipped with a 4-cylinder 100 CV Volkswagen engine. It can reach maximum speeds of 60 km/h and is fitted with a 2-speed hydrostatic transmission and a 2-speed reduction system, along with permanent four-wheel drive with a COMPEN style central differential. Thanks to the innovative “LINK” quick attachment system and its multiple accessories, this vehicle can transform itself in only a few minutes into a sweeper, a side brush or a snow plow, as well as a high pressure cleaner or an elevator basket for working at heights. This versatility makes it extremely cost-effective and well-suited for urban tasks, both for large cities and small towns. The M 300 H features a complete line of standard equipment, including a closed cabin with heater, doors with panoramic visibility, passenger seat with pneumatic suspension, heated exterior rearview mirrors, electronic rpm acceleration and a rotating beacon, etc. Optional equipment includes all-terrain mixed or wide flotation tires, air conditioning and an assortment of hitches.

Another multiservice vehicle that AUSA has chosen to present at the German show is the popular Task M50, an extremely agile, simple, robust and light-weight machine, ideal for all sorts of maintenance work and particularly well suited for working on golf courses, cleaning, patrolling and surveillance, as well as other maintenance tasks, both in the diesel as well as the gasoline version. The Task M50 has the largest load capacity of any vehicle in its class and is able to carry up to 500 kg and to travel over even the most difficult terrains, climbing grades of 33º carrying a full load, thanks to its four-wheel drive capacity. It features a 28.5 CV ROTAX BOMBARDIER 400cc engine, with low fuel consumption and CVT transmission. Safety, ergonomics and ease of handling make it a unique and irreplaceable resource for maintenance work, as well as for transportation and support services. Standard equipment includes, among other items, 4-point ROPS rollover protective structure, safety belt, individually adjustable seats, rotating beacon, audible reverse warning and rearview mirrors. It also has European certification as a “Heavy Quad Bike”, which means that it can be registered for use on public roads up to 60 km/h.

Dumpers that defy all Challenges

AUSA will also be showcasing several dumpers with articulated chassis that are certain to meet with an enthusiastic response from professionals. Robust and efficient, with 180º rotating unloading, the dumpers on display will range from the smallest D 85 AHG and D 150 AHG models with load capacities of 850 and 1,500 kg respectively, to the hefty D 1000 AHG with a load capacity of 10 tons. The power, size and maneuverability of these four-wheel drive dumpers allows them to access almost any area under the most difficult conditions, making them suitable for all types of maintenance work. The first two models are equipped with hydrostatic transmission and a 25.3 CV Kubota D1105 engine. The D 85 AHG has a hopper capacity of 510 liters and the D 150 AHG has a capacity of 835 liters. Standard equipment includes anti-vandal security system, ergonomic seat, safety belt, joystick, ROPS folding rollover protection system, rotating beacon and rearview mirror.

The D 1000 AHG dumper that will be on display at the Trade Fair has a load capacity of 10 tons and 180º rotating unloading and, like the smaller models in the range, it also offers enhanced productivity in all types of tasks, thanks to its ease of use, multifunction joystick, and reduced maintenance costs. It features a state-of-the-art 105 CV Kubota diesel engine with low emissions and noise levels, as well as reduced fuel consumption, and is equipped with a torque converter with a synchronized gearbox that has four forward and four reverse speeds. The machinery stands out for the high degree of safety and visibility afforded the operator, with an elevated driver’s seat that allows forward visibility from 8.7 meters. Among other items, standard equipment for the D 1000 AHG includes the ROPS folding rollover protection system, anti-vandal security system, ergonomic seat and audible reverse warning.
