Hyundai Heavy Industries'' 35th General Shareholders Meeting was held on March 13, 2009, at the Hyundai Hanmaeum Center in Ulsan.

With approximately 500 shareholders, investors, and company executives in attendance, five points of business were addressed: the approval of financial statements, changes to the Articles of Incorporation, the appointment of a new representative director, the appointment of a new member to the Board of Directors'' Audit Committee, and limitations on remuneration for B.O.D. members.

In spite of global financial crisis, the company’s outstanding performance last year makes provide ￦5,000 to shareholders as a dividend.
