COLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2009--Cummins Emission Solutions (CES), a subsidiary of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI), announced today it will strategically partner with EMCON Technologies LLC (EMCON) in the manufacturing of CES-Designed emission controls systems for the 2010 on-highway truck market.
CES will continue to provide the integrated DPF-SCR systems for meeting 2010 EPA emission standards from its existing manufacturing base in

Plans call for EMCON to begin production of the CES DPF products in late 2009.
