On December 14^th, the 4^th Branch of Central Government Delegation leading by Vice Chairman of CPPCC, Head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC and Deputy Head of Central Government Delegation Du Qinglin visited Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd (LiuGong) after attending the 50^th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The delegation transferred the concerns of Central Party Committee and State Council. Du Qinglin encouraged LiuGong to be confident when facing with the global financial crisis to change challenges into opportunities. 

Chairman of Board Wang Xiaohua and President of LiuGong Zeng Guang’an welcomed the Delegation together with the staff. Leaders from the District and Liuzhou Municipal Government accompanied the Delegation during the visit, including the Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department of the District Huang Daowei, Vice Chairman of People’s Political Consultative Conference of the District Lin Guoqiang and Mayor of Liuzhou Zheng Junkang. The Delegation visited the Assembly Plant of Loaders and product exhibition hall, asked about the production and operation situation, greeted the technicians and handed the souvenir to Chairman of Board Wang Xiaohua. 

While accompanying to visit, Mr. Wang Xiaohua gave an account of the development course of LiuGong. He said that since the establishment of LiuGong 50 years ago, the company relied on self-innovation, high-level product development and technological performance to keep pioneering the industry. The first set of wheel loader in China was manufactured by LiuGong. Not only is one of the leading enterprises in loader industry, LiuGong also achieved a lot in the field of excavator, road machinery, compact construction machinery, crane and forklift. Du Qinglin praised that LiuGong had become a flag of Chinese industries, and that although the financial crisis impacted much on the enterprises, LiuGong should be able to change the challenges into opportunities to improve the technology and develop more new products.

When knowing that LiuGong has exported products to more than 80 countries in the world which competed with international brands by excellent quality, Du Qinglin expressed his great appreciation:” Expand opening policy to the whole world. America has also put forward to enhance infrastructure construction, and LiuGong shall have the boldness to enter American market! ” Besides, Du Qinglin ascended on the largest wheel loader in China, proudly saying that Chinese could do better what Westerns could do.
