“We have been a family-owned business since the 1930s and the New Holland skid steer loaders are our main product line,” said Allen. “Tradition and heritage mean a lot to us. The New Holland L175 Anniversary unit will be the proud center piece of our exhibits at shows in the area for many years to come.”
New Holland Construction introduced the L175 last year in honor of the 35th anniversary of its line of skid steer loaders. The company’s first model, the L35, was launched in 1972 and revolutionized the market as the first skid steer to feature ROPS and a vertical parallel lift boom system. Since the introduction of the New Holland skid steer loader, the company has produced over 200,000 units providing superior versatility and productivity to its customers.
“Both the pioneer L35 as well as the Anniversary L175 exhibit the same stability, low center of gravity and large load capacity-to-equipment weight ratio which are the hallmark of New Holland skid steer loaders,” explained Edgar Chavez, director of marketing for New Holland Construction. “Our patented Super Boom® design that allows New Holland skid steers to lift higher and further out than any other skid steer loader on the market has distinguished us from the beginning. The L175 adds best-in-class cab comfort, a powerful yet fuel-efficient Tier III engine and easy service access. New
