On Oct.20^th, 2008, Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd (LiuGong) held to celebrate the completion of LiuGong Forklift Yanghe Base and the roll-off of new products. More than 200 people from Guangxi Provincial Government, Liuzhou Municipal Government, leaders from LiuGong and industrial professionals attended the ceremony. On Oct.8^th, 2007, LiuGong laid the foundation of Yanghe Base. One year passed, and now the first phase of construction project for LiuGong forklifts has been completed, which occupied land area of 311 Mu with total investment of RMB 224 million Yuan. The 1^st-phase project possessed building area of 35,075 m² with annual productivity of 10,000 forklifts. When the second phase project is finished, the base will accomplish a production scale of annually producing 30,000 sets of forklifts. 

LiuGong paid special attention on improving the guarantee capacity in research, development, manufacturing and test so as to perfect the new series of forklift lines. Since 2007, the researchers of LiuGong has developed ten types of 1-10 ton ICE forklifts and electric forklifts, among which seven series of products have passed the authentication of China Quality Certification Center while others are still in the process of testing.

During 2008, LiuGong is planned to develop 19 kinds of new products, covering 30 tonnage products. LiuGong owns the self-intellectual rights of these new series of forklifts and more than 30 national patents, more than 19 patents in terms of practicability. On the ceremony, LiuGong showed some of the new forklifts to the guests, respectively as CLG2030H, CLG2050H ICE counterbalanced forklifts, CLG2020A and CLG2050D battery counterbalanced forklifts, featured with outstanding performances of elegant appearance, safety, comfort, flexibility, energy-saving and environmental-friendly.
