Materials handling specialist, Stanley Handling, has launched the ROBUR INOX range of Stainless Steel pallet trucks and stackers. These new models have been specifically designed to meet the growing demand for equipment suitable for high hygiene and other clean environments such as food production and pharmaceuticals.

Manufactured almost entirely from Type 304 grade stainless steel, the units are highly resistant to stain, rust, corrosion and extremes of weather and temperature. They are also impervious to adverse atmospheric conditions such as CO2, sulphur, salt, moisture, electrical fields and chloride compounds, and natural and artificially produced chemicals. The equipment can be thoroughly washed without danger of rusting and therefore allows high hygiene conditions to be rigorously maintained.

Offering excellent manoeuvrability fast and frequent handling within production, vehicle loading, warehousing and other environments, the ROBUR INOX SB Powered Stacker has a standard load capacity of 1200kgs and offers loading heights to 4000mm. Options include a 3000kgs version and maximum lift height of 5800mm.

The hand pushed battery lift model, ROBUR INOX B Stacker can lift loads of up to 1000kgs to a maximum height of 3000mm and features fast lift operation with controlled lowering, mast-mounted push handles and optional straddle legs and adjustable forks – ideal for regular lightweight usage.

Powered pallet trucks also form part of the INOX range with the ROBUR INOX K9TL Powered Pallet Truck. This unit boasts world-class ergonomics such as an optional on-board digital weighing unit and a hinged rider platform for increased operational flexibility. This powered pallet truck also features high levels of standard equipment including electronic speed control, electromagnetic braking, an automatic parking brake and multi-function operator safety handle.

A standard INOX HPTQ Hand Pallet Truck is also available in Stainless Steel – again with an optional on-board weighing unit – a highly economic option for less frequent handling operations.
