As GPS system becomes more and more popular in the application of construction machinery, the data/communication platform in monitoring and controlling center of Sany Group is on the way to be further sophisticated. Recently, Sany Port Machinery Co., Ltd. launched their reachstackers with GPS function.

With GPS system, the reachstackers can not only monitor the relevant data of equipment operation from the controlling center, know the features and working station of the equipments, but also make full use of current data/communication platform to realize other expanding service and value-added service at lower cost so as to play the roles of improving the after-sales service, reducing after-sales service cost and raising the customers’ satisfaction.

The function of the whole GPS system included two parts: 1. basic and expanding service, ranging from operation data inspection and remote fault alarm to definition of activity area; 2. value-added service, covering upgrade of remote software, support of after-sales service, reminding of daily maintenance and analysis on operation data.

Presently, the reachstackers installed GPS system have been put into the market and are well-recognized by the customers.
