On July 20th, the RSH4532 container reach crane, which is self-designed with innovation by Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. was purchased and put into use by Wuhu Port, Anhui. Through that, Heli’s reach crane entered the market formally.　　　　　　

The 45T container reach crane of Heli is a highly technical product combined the mechanics, electricity and hydraulics. It can be used for 20 feet and 40 feet standard containers, with maximum rated lifting capacity of 45 ton, as well as 5 (layers) X 3 (lines) of stacking. The application of it is mainly at container port, railway transfer station, highway intermediate station and container yards, etc. The emission of the crane meets Euro-III standard, and it adopts the CAN-BUS control structure, uses WIZ computer to provide unified & coordinated control on the operation of engine,transmission, brake, hydraulics, lifting tools and other systems. Moreover, the large LCD overall lines & interactive-style panel features pretty swift functions of on-line inspection, display, set and query; reliable functions of automatic diagnose, alarm and protection. Besides, the key structural parts of frame and boom, etc, are all analyzed and optimally designed by CAE finite unit; the hydraulic system combines the techniques of high-pressure variable, load feedback, flow regeneration, turning first and wet-style brake,etc; the stability and structural strength of the crane is complied with EU standards. The unit has reached international advanced level of similar & synchronized products.

The manufacturing process of the 45T container reach crane has conducted the rigorous craftman, and the weldings of key positions have all been audited by raial defectoscopy. After the model crane’s passing the trial test of National Lifting Transportation Machinery’s Quality Supervision & Inspection Center, it finished the 1000-hour industrial test in Wuhu Port, Anhui. In the early of July, 2008, Heli successfully got the national manufacturing license of reach crane.

During the 1000-hour industrial test in Wuhu Port, since Heli 45T reach crane showed excellent quality on reliability, controllability, stability, safety, comfort and emission, etc, which got Wuhu Port’s praise and trust, they decided to formally purchased it.

So far,Heli’s 14-46T forklift,2-8 layers empty-container stacker and reach crane, etc, total nearly 20 models of heavy-duty products have been put into market and realized export in batches. The succesful market entering of the 45T reach crane symbolized the Heli’s advanced technology of heavy-duty products, complete range of varieties, and comprehensive satisfying the requests of domestic and abroad markets.
